Probably had 30 people at my house watching that game-said to one of my best buddies at 2 min mark-"we are going to be National Champions"-I jinxed us.

I will never get the timeout meaning anything. I can get the foul or no foul argument, but not the timeout. There were so many breaks in the action that a timeout didn't mean anything. Plus Kansas was out of them. Why give them a chance to set up a play?

Heck at least we were there.. or maybe not.

But my family enjoyed that trip. Fun time in the town with all the teams and the pep band and cheerleaders riding on the boats.

Maybe someday we will get there again.

how about the refs going to the monitor to change the 3 from Rose to a 2. It was the correct call, but I don't even think it was a part of the rules for the refs to be able to use replay at the time. I could just be biased doe.

fate was not in our corner that night, lol. Dorsey fouling out on a foolish foul. No real last shot after the Chalmers 3. Could have tried a play instead of a chunk from 65 feet. It just fell apart and no one could stop it.
