Hoying started again Tuesday night for Texas. 0-1 with a walk. Was pinch-hit for in the 7th. Rangers defeated the Angels 4-1.

A little late with this, but Hoying got his first major league hit on May 28th. Here's a link to the game story: there's a video of the hit here too. It's toward the end of the story. A liner to center for a single. When they cut to a shot of Hoying reaching first, you can also see the Texas dugout. It's great to see his teammates in the dugout applauding.
