I just finished watching ULL take down Texas to advance to the regional final in the NCAA women's softball tournament and I felt some pride for the SBC. That got me thinking about the top moments in SBC sports over the 2015-2016 collegiate year. I'd love to hear everyone's top 3 and maybe list your schools top moment on the side as well if it isn't in the top 3.

Two have to be App and GS being the first and second programs ever to have won bowl games their first year of bowl eligibility.

those two along with the ncaa tourney basketball win are my top 3.

Sun Belt Conference media needs to create a video... maybe an all-time Sun Belt video of current members of big moments in all sports.

USA became the first SBC school to host a NCAA Women's Soccer Tournament game and also became the first to win a NCAA Tournament game. We shut out LSU 4-0.

Little Rock's basketball NCAA Tournament win would also be a top moment.

Cajuns Home Regional win over Mississippi State 2 years ago would be my choice. Cajun fans chanted "SEC" the last few innings...it was hilarious.

Or ULM beating #8 Arkansas...that was cool.

This year, probably Little Rock's win over Purdue.

IDAHO beating TROY after getting THREE hours of combined sleep due to mechanical breakdowns.

Or losing to NMSU and USA after gaining 20+ point leads.

All-time my answers are obviously different. But the thread title said 2015-2016, so I limited it to this season.

I'd say UTA's men's basketball road wins versus Ohio State and Memphis in three days should warrant some merit.

Oops. Didn't see that till you mentioned it. First day with my new brain.

USA's come from behind OT win over San Diego State in football. Best OOC win for the SBC last season and USA's best ever.
UALR's tourney win would unquestionably have to make the list, too.

Louisiana winning another Regional should be up for consideration.
