I hear it for the Versuvian Steak sandwich....

But the Friday buffet with Salisbury Steak, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, and salad are the best. I am a pig every time I go on Friday..

When I visit Memphis, I like eating at Huey's. I will have to try the Garibaldi's hoagie. It has been many years since I ate one of their pizzas.

Huey's has transformed from a dive bar that served good burgers to a local chain that is good at what they do. It might be the most family friendly joint in town and they are pros at customer service. They have created a good niche while still having a semi late night bar crowd. Interesting metamorphosis.

Now that I think about it, you are right about the transformation. However, the burger I had from my last visit tasted just as good as the ones held in my memory.
