Draft
Oh, the saga of the ups and downs of predraft.

Braverman trending upward, Beavers trending down.

I've seen Braverman rise as high as 5th round now, with Beavers falling possibly to the 6th round now.

RE: Draft
Most recent things I've read have generally said Beavers is looking like a Round 3-5 guy, and Braverman almost assuredly a day three pick. But yeah it is odd how Beavers' stock has quietly dropped a little.

RE: Draft
Very surprising, a week or 2 ago I saw one Mock with him in round 2. Tackles normally move up the board as you get closer, I have trouble believing he's any later than 4th round.......

Love to see Braverman get drafted, I don't care where, I wouldn't ever bet against him making a squad.

I'd be surprised if Braverman didn't end up getting drafted. I think he'll go in the 6th round.

RE: Draft
Was listening to Kiper and McShays draft podcast. They mentioned Braverman several times.

Beavers is a steal in the 6th. I see 4th or 5th round and potential for a long career. If Braverman makes it it's all about getting with the right team. He might be better off as a free agent where he can pick and choose.

BG exposed his weakness. He couldn't shed blocks and was late getting into routes.

RE: Draft
Beavers is got the ideal frame and some athleticism. But it seems a lot of people think his tape sucks. It comes down to a team thinking they can work with him and turn him into a good pro.

RE: Draft
Still no Beavers or Braverman after day two (not too surprising). I think Beavers is one of the top lineman available right now so I'm betting he goes mid to late 4th round today.

I've got Braverman going late 5th or 6th round.

Don't think I've seen any MAC guys goes yet at all, is that right?

Yep, no MAC player through the first 3 rounds. Not surpring though. Beavers is one of the best tackles left and should be the first MAC player to go.

Very curious to see when and where Braverman goes.

FWIW, according to si.com Beavers is ninth best available OT, Braverman 19th best WR.

Most places I've seen today (ESPN, NFL Network, others) have Beavers as one of the top 2/3 tackles available. At this rate, the way tackles have been going off the board at such a quick rate, I'd be surprised if he wasn't selected in the 4th round.

RE: Draft
CBS has him as the 3rd best available: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prosp...gs/2016/OT

I think Scout has him way down on the list somewhere...

It's crazy how varied the rankings are. Either way, I think We'll see Beavers' name called early today.

RE: Draft
Good spot for him to land as the Vikings continue to rebuild their offense. If he's not going to be a Lion, then I'd rather him in Minnesota over Green Bay and Chicago. At least I can root for him now. 03-thumbsup

Hate to break it, but Braverman's probably not getting drafted. If he goes it will be late 7th. You don't draft Wes Welkers, you sign them as an undrafted free agent and hope you get lucky.

RE: Draft
Congrats to Willie Beavers and Daniel Braverman!

It's cool that they both end up in the NFC North. They'll be playing against each other, as well as the Lions. Can't wait to watch these guys on Sundays.
