You would think that one of his assistants or his boss would tell him. Maybe they have and he doesn't feel there is a problem. It's pretty obvious to the rest of us.

He does think there is a problem on defense. Coach K states the Rockets weren't in front of the BB enough during a number of games last season. Also believes some of it will improve by better strength and conditioning coming into next season for the younger players.

Also don't forget Coach K just hired DeAndre Haynes from Kent State as an Assistant Coach who was Defensive Player of the Year in the MAC his senior season at Kent. I am sure he will help address the deficiencies in their perimeter defense.

Very good point. I think we'll see some positive changes on D next season.

All in all Hack did a great job of letting TK have his say about things UT fans have been talking about throughout last season. Did get the sense that this was not a conversation TK enjoyed. In reality, he has to expect fans to be very disappointed that we cant get over the hump with finishing the season and getting a run in the MACC tourney. Certainly an interesting hire of coach Haynes. Let's hope he is part of the solution for the D.

Obviously, "Hack" reads this blog. Good.

Coach K's answers provide additional insight. I look forward to next years team. I assume the chemistry will be there. There is enough talent to be pretty tough.

The 4 guys coming in should be an upgrade. We'll see how it all pans out.
