If it could result in Tech bringing in some addition revenue I wouldn't care if they slapped at McDonalds logo on their jersey.

Will we get into a bidding war with our friends in Boca Raton over a Hooters sponsorship?

I would guess that it matters how much you are going to be on tv in order maximize this type of revenue. If every NBA game is on tv and they will get an extra $150 million then by comparison for basketball C-USA could make an extra $20.

Personally I think each school should have power to do this on their own. Let's face it UAB, MTSU, Marshall, UTEP and others are going to make more by selling ads on their uniforms than those at the bottom who can't get 200 people to come to a basketball game.

Never said that, we are just worth way more than you nationally. Sorry.

50k people go to FIU and 500 of them know you have athletics and most of them are the athletes. Fiu's value to this conference is one thing, recruiting territory for MU and WKU.

Florida is typically our 3rd most recruited state behind Georgia and Tennessee.

I'd also like to point out the really happy looking photographer in the background of the sand volleyball picture. Dude is loving his job. It is like getting paid and having permission to be the creeper that you've always wanted to be.
