I don't see the Wake Forest big on that list. Is he still planning to leave WFU?

RE: NCAA D1 Basketball Transfers
Wasn't there a player from like Texas A&M that announced early in the season he was transferring?

I didn't see CofC's Canyon Barry on there either.

There's also 2 or 3 that have left ezu and 2 that have left state.
The list appears to be missing a lot of folks.

Scroll down. Canyon is on there. The first list is the recent transfers. Wake guy is on there too.

Thanks. I missed the "complete list" option the first time around.

Also... Saw CofC has another lesser player transferring as well.
Then, there's the school not to be named among a very small number of schools that are losing three players. Ouch.

Some of these teams are getting decimated losing 5-6 players in a given year not even including seniors. Yikes.

RE: NCAA D1 Basketball Transfers
Memphis lost 4, Missouri lost 5, Milwaukee lost 6, Mississippi St lost 4, Ohio State lost 4, Robert Morris lost 4, San Diego lost 5, SEMO lost 4. These are on top of ones you listed which are 3-4 people gone. I guess I never really paid much attention outside of the teams I follow but this is quite the list already. But when you have a roster of 12 people and you are losing anywhere from 25-50% of that roster to transfers, it would be very difficult constantly replenishing while trying to keep any semblance of balance in the classes.

It is so important that kids pick the right fit! They can't choose it because of how glamorous the idea of going to a certain school is or because all of their friends are telling them they are good enough to play here or play there. The school's style of play needs to fit the player's style.

That one really hurts. He's been a solid player for them over the years.

He has actually been a bit disappointing compared to what we thought we were getting. It was stated on our board and it very well may be true, that he saw the writing on the wall with the transfers who sat out last year, that his minutes would have likely been reduced going forward. I was a bit surprised though. Really thought Allen was going to be the only one who bolted. Oh well. Tis is life of getting a new coaching staff.

I wouldn't know Sorry couldn't resist. You know we wish ya the best of luck. I like the hire, just might have some bumps

We were indeed extremely lucky not to have anyone immediately transfer when Keatts arrived.
I still like Drexel's chances at being somewhat competitive next year with a lineup of London, Canady, Fields, Overton and Williams, and Bah as the 6th man. All of those guys are Juniors and Seniors too. The growing pains of transitioning to a completely new system will be interesting, but ultimately should yield some nice results.
We'll see what kind of additional talent they bring in to support them.
