RE: Pro Day
Biggers ran in the 4.3's on his pro day and turned it into getting drafted in the 7th round. Pretty nice NFL career for him as well.

Pictures make it look like there was really good attendance from NFL scouts.

All 32 teams were reported to have sent representatives.

Also, new video for the team: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7jdRl0l...e=youtu.be

Some really good professional camera-work in there. Awesome to see.

It is so nice to see proper, professional, editing and camera work in these videos. After years of embarrassing crap, the last few years have been ELITE. Seriously.

RE: Pro Day
Disappointing? Depends on perspective.

Personally, I liked Braverman as a college player. Nothing about what I saw of him screamed NFL or even in a normal conversational tone.

But my opinion doesn't matter.

Pro Day is an attempt to weed out pretenders by using metrics that may or may not fairly evaluate a person's ability to play football. If it was a metrics contest there would be some HOF'ers that currently are considered draft busts.

My guess is that DB will be better served as a FA. He doesn't have the cache of being drafted nor the guarantee's in $ that may come with that. But if you are drafted by the same dopes that depend on metrics to determine if you should be drafted you could be stuck in NFL purgatory. Half way to no-where and leaning toward hell.

With a good agent, a dose of reality, DB may be able to find a better fit that would increase his chances. He also may decide that playing up north is a better opportunity that wont have him trying to hang on for table scraps or less down here.

I wish him the best. I really like his game and he was a credit to the University.

RE: Pro Day
Can he change his mind? It was my understanding that once he got an agent, he was considered pro and couldn't return to the collegiate level.

However, if he could, it would be a great opportunity for him to pursue his education and prove himself on the football side of things.

Best to him whatever happens. He is a great player.

I think you are correct. I didn't know he signed with an agent. Too bad.

This is how you crush a pro day, and get drafted from a non-P5 school:

RE: Pro Day
DB will get a camp invite and get a chance to make a practice squad, if the stars align he might make it. My gut says he'll be a guy with a solid career in Canada, with the motion rules.
