Also interesting, the article states Fleck rejected offers from Syracuse and Rutgers over the offseason. Not sure that is common knowledge here, is it? Guess it is now.

it doesn't say he was offered a job by Rutgers or Cuse, it says "overtures" from them. That's not an offer.

I highly doubt Cuse had him higher on their list than Babers. Rutgers, ehh.. maybe.

I'd be shocked if it was only 2 schools that had him on their initial inquiry list last offseason. This is 0% surprising to me.

Wonder how a Chicago TRIB writer got that information when it has never appeared anywhere locally, or even in Detroit papers where Fleck does.
