Apparently we got the former DC from Southern Miss to fill his spot. He almost got the head job there.

I'm a bit surprised how fast this happened. But I would imagine that Tem was looking to get back to the pros and so he jumped at the chance.
We apparently have hired a guy by the name of Dave Duggan I believe. Extensive experience from Duggan. Been a coordinator. I'm actually pretty excited about this. I like the young coaches for the recruiting. But our staff needed some experience. Williams and Duggan I think can be a positive with all their experience.

Interesting. Sounds like we got a good replacement.

How old is this guy. I can't see some poor 50 year old coming in and feeling the Motor Boats Schtick. Can you imagine some guy like Mo Watts working here and Fleck says, "Mo, we're meeting I my office to do a Harlem Shake video. Be there!"
I suppose tge new guy will either learn the Brocoach way of doing things or he'll be gone.

Learning is a two way street. Coach can learn too. Nothing wrong with that, life goes on, we get more mature with time. Let's all just get along.
Gonna see some gang bangin' at LB, sounds like. His Southern Miss. stats are impressive.

Pinkham is 62. Duggan will be fine. I think Duggan's been coached by and coached with Pinkham for over 10 years or so combined. I could be off by a few years though. My point is I think these guys go way back.

By Year 4, every potential recruit and assistant coach should know Fleck's style by now. If not, it's their fault for not doing a little research. It's all out there.

The thought crossed my mind too. He does have two years of experience as a head coach in NFL Europe. His record was an even 10-10 with improvement in the second year.
