Here are the slides used in the presentation. I think calling the dome a top 10 venue is a stretch, but the football spending, rankings and viewer numbers stack up surprisingly well compared to the rest of the conference.

Well, top ten in a Conference of ten is probably accurate!

I bet that place gets loud easy though, which I bet is why USA Today ranked it in the top 10.

It does. The Kibbie Dome is really too small for FBS, but it's a fun place to watch a game.

Circa 2006 at one of the last BJC games in Moscow it was a close game, about a 1 score game in the 4th quarter (BJC scored 2 quick td's at the end to make the score look worse than it was) a few BJC players were quoted as saying that the Kibbie Dome was far louder than Sanford Stadium when they played UGA between the hedges FWIW.
