Isn't UAB going to have a few scrimmages this year to somewhat make up for not playing a regular schedule? I'd hope at least one of those will make ASN - I know I'd love to see some UAB football this coming season, regardless of the situation.

That's my understanding, but the details are still sketchy at this point.
For those who played ball (even at the high school level, like me), remember how, after 3-4 weeks of summer practice, how bad you were itching to hit somebody different?
Now, imagine that after a year and a half.
