Yeah he smiles a lot. That is cute. But he is also still picking up stupid fouls, showing up refs and tripping opponents--as a senior. Outside of the tripping suspension, Pastner had to bench him from starting another time this season for the dreaded "internal matter."
That shouldn't be happening, especially with the team as out of sorts as it's been this year.

I think Shaq could be one of those better in the pros than college type.
If TB can make it to the NBA Shaq can.
That being said, although I don't want to sound too harsh in regards to someone in college, part of the responsibility for the downfall falls on him. Nice guy but if we are just speaking on the court his leadership hasn't been great.
