Lesson to all of you, naming yourself after a coach is a losing proposition.
Program > Coach

Thus ended the lesson 03-wink

That's why I use the name I have. It is permanent. And so is my love for the Tigers.

The better question would be how did they keep his join date the same?

I know they changed Bluto's username but his join date became the date of the name change. It doesn't affect the post count.

PM me and I can change it. It will affect your login as well. You must choose something unique and not already taken.

2004 Wow.

Been on this board for 12 years and several years prior.

No wonder I can't remember how I changed from Cal4 to Pastner4

After giving it more thought I think I will just live with the decision.

Still hope we fire JP as our basketball coach but if he were on the current presidential ballot I think I would give him my vote

We have some pretty slim pickings for President

I really don't remember. But, that's what you have to do.

Okay. I checked a little history.
Steve Conway changed my name.
Trivia: After speaking with a "buddy",(ALL RC had to do was make a call) Conway briefly changed my name to Pearly Gates.
A day later, I was Pastnerized.

So, neither of you learned your lesson and changed your names to reflect the coach's name a 2nd time?

Epitomy of coach worshippers.

RE: Forum Gurus....I'm old and need HELP
According to WSU/EDU - Washington State University

"Nothing makes you look quite so foolish as spelling a sophisticated word incorrectly. Taken directly from Greek, where it means “abridgement,” “epitome” is now most often used to designate an extremely representative example of the general class: “Snow White is the epitome of a Disney cartoon feature.” Those who don’t misspell this word often mispronounce it, misled by its spelling, as “EP-i-tohm,” but the proper pronunciation is “ee-PIT-o-mee.” The word means “essence,” not “climax,” so instead of writing “the market had reached the epitome of frenzied selling at noon,” use “peak” or a similar word."

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW

Would someone smarter than me please reply back with exact instructions

IF I HAVE TO SEE MY HANDLE NAME ONE MORE TIME I MIGHT BLOW MY HEAD OFF

Pastner isnt bad coach.

Pastner is a program killing train wreck

JP - If you read this board please know this. No single Tiger fan believes in you. You can not coach mid to high D1 NCAA bball

You have single handidly taken our Top 20 program to being the laughing stock in a crappy conference AAC

Please do my college a favor and MAN UP. Own the fact you aren't ready for this level

Get Jimmy to negotiate a 50% buyout. Take all this cash and put it in the bank.

While every bit of this is true it's a bit harsh. I want CJP gone as much as anyone but you don't have to fill his back full of bullets as he leaves. Can you imagine the crushing disappointment he must feel when realizing he isn't up to the job and is a complete failure at it? The kid is still only 37 years old, still a kid in my book. Lets do everything we can to pave the way for his departure but we don't have to feed him to the lions.

Hey, I'm 37. If I'm still a kid in your book, then I want some dinner, new shoes, and I'll take Amazon Fire TV for my birthday present this year. Please and thanks.
