The same way everyone else does with 2 years left. This isn't your daddy's recruiting anymore. From 2011-2015 66% of the coaches & assistants that started at one school in 2011 were at a different one in 2015. Take Southern, in 4 seasons, you will have 3 head coaches. That is G5 college football today.

I think by October we will know. Miles was 2 wins short of probably being fired last season. I think Cobb is keeping his options open, which he can do with coming off a bowl season and a new athletic complex being acquired. If we get taken to the woodshed by App for the 3rd year in a row and have a repeat performance of GS/GSU at the Dome from 2 years ago, only wins in Colorado Springs & Madison will keep his job.
