I think I remember reading waaay back when he chose Memphis that the MSU offer was non-committable. I'm not really sure what that means, but there was a MSU guy saying that they had other qbs ahead of Howard. Minnesota gave him a hard look within the last couple of weeks.

He looks like a really good prospect and I look forward to following him at USM TTT!
