This is classic Slappy
Chimps got a verbal from another nobody, but here's their classic spin. Ahajni Kerr a 5.2 two star (lower that 5.2 and you get no stars) claims offers from from 8 schools including GA Tech. His only visits were Furman and Kennesaw St. Last week. He verballed to Kennesaw State.

Initially they claim they flipped him grim Georgia Tech., but then figure out they flipped him from Kennesaw State. 03-lmfao04-rock

Think Army, class of 1915

They seem oblivious to the fact that their coach is just using up the scholarships he has left. He hasn't been cultivating these kids, he's taking what's left out there. They are aghast that he's finding recruits. Anyone can give a scholarship away, the plan is to find kids, watch them in camps, look at tons of film, and bring them on campus to show them the school and to evaluate them personally, not to just bring in a body and hope for the best.

Mark my word. In three years they'll be pining for Enos. Bono can't recruit.

Say what you want about Enos, he was a better recruiter than he was a coach.

Bono has had a full year to put together a small class. When you're scrambling on NSD to flip players from EMU, Kennesaw St. and trying to land the #50 player on MCCabes list, in the hope he'll qualify before fall camp, then you're not getting the job done.

The Chimps desperately had four needs. QB, a RB who is faster than an OL prospect, OL prospects who aren't immobile tubs of goo, and DTs.

Considering they recruited 4 QBs one them should figure out the job.

They didn't recruit any OLinemen, in spite of a current group that can't block anyone.

A RB who is listed at 4.68

And no DT

They did recruit DBs, which coincidently is the easiest position to find players.

Apparently He did have a GT offer. And flipped from Kennesaw to Central to GT.

To my knowledge, they haven't signed a single OL, TE or DT. Strange. Does Bono not believe in winning the trenches?

Well if you recruit enough qbs maybe one will be good. Got to change the old saying a bit "if you 7 qbs you have zero qbs."
