4. South Alabama 2237 (8)

After this past weekend, our average is 3,935.

I say we average 5000 for the two games. I agree 4500 tonight, but I think with the game moving up on Saturday and the small win streak you can see 5000+. Anyone catching the men's game at 4:15/4:30 can hit up the 6:30 parade basically anywhere on the route (except maybe the very beginning) once the game finishes. I'll be optimistic and say the parade doesn't discourage as many as you would think.

I think moving it up will hurt the attendance on Saturday.

Considering we are fighting to even make it in the conference tournament I would say 4th in attendance is a testament to the loyal Jags (or an indictment on the conference). Christmas break always hurts, but Mardi Gras will hurt our attendance also. And this Saturday is a double whammy of Senior Bowl and Mardi Gras. So we'd either compete against Mardi Gras or the Senior Bowl... We chose to compete against Mardi Gras.

I imagine uta's numbers will start to slide as the losses start to pile up. sadly 16-1800 will probably be norm the rest of the way.

Nah, we'll not drop below 2,000. I expect 3,500 or more when the Bobcats come in.

Yeah, cause everyone loves to see a Train Wreck . . . . ..

Don't know what the hell is wrong with our squad . . . went into the year "cautiously" optimistic. . . . . expecting to see improvement over last year . . . . Now, at about the mid-point, this year's looking a lot (too much so) like last year . . . .

well coach cross is a good coach and we have a pretty solid roster although not a lot of size so maybe they will be able to recover somewhat. after all, the mavs thumped a pretty good stAte team without Hervey.

What am I missing here? No pretty good team gets beat 30 by UTA.

RE: SBC MBB Attendance standings so far
Our issue isn't lack of talent. Even since Hervey went down, we still score a lot. There's a lot of talent and many ways to put points up.

What has surprised me is the complete lack of D in this stretch. Teams can't miss and are nailing there's. I dont know how much Hervey meant defensively, but still can't believe we are struggling that bad.
