You guys have a lot of depth, and some really tough players. UAB is better, but only by a little bit.

While I don't really like Kermit as a coach all that much, got to give him major KUDOS for his 400th victory and for beating ODU SIX CONSECUTIVE times! And, hey Monarchs have Jeff Jones as a coach so I admit I am surprised at the outcome.

I think Kermit is pretty good. Hang on to him as long as you can

Or fans with unrealistic expectations are overreacting. I seem to recall a UAB team that didn't exactly blaze through the conference but ended up advancing to the second round of the NCAA.

UAB defended the home court throughout the conference season a at least.

ODU is Middle's *****. You guys apparently are our kryptonite, and nothing changed today. Nice win, and echoing the comments about your coach - think he's a good one.

UAB barely hangs on to win at Charlotte 74-72 after being up 8 points with 1:38 remaining in the game.
