Rod Carey should have left by now. This kind of effort sticks in people's head when your name gets mentioned for bigger jobs

NIU owes the entire conference an apology for this one. What an embarrassing performance for the MAC.

Not to go to the weather excuse, but rain certainly helps a run-only offense versus a pass-happy one.

RE: MAC Bowl performances
NIU had their QB injury issues, sure. But for the first time in several years, I felt like they lost their typical swagger in the final few weeks, starting with the Ohio loss.

They did just enough to beat the two teams whose heads they live in (Toledo and us) and get to the MACC.

I would agree, but we threw more this game than we have all season. I haven't looked it up, but I feel like that was more yards thru the air then we've had in a while. BGSU was also scoring within a minute of getting the ball in the first half thru the air and on the ground. I think BG had a few bad plays and the unraveling cost them as GS capitalized on the momentum swings.

Falcon fast couldn't sustain with GSU's methodical and effective offense. Should have known that would happen.

4/8, 82 yrds, 1 TD through the air. That's a season high?

68 car, 452 yrds, 7 TDs on the ground.

Everyone knows exactly what they're going to do, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Well looks like WMU will have its hands full next year against GS at Waldo. they are almost impossible to stop with that multi option they run.

need to study the film from the conference foes who seem to be able to play it better, probably from seeing it more. Sounded like there may be a possibility of an offensive scheme change with a new coach coming in at GS (at least the espn guys said that) HOPE SO

That's definitely our best chance of beating them. That offense is crazy.

Go NIU
Go Bowling Green
Go CMU
GO BRONCOS!!!

Kiss of death? Yikes, BG and NIU!
