RE: Unlocking the mystery that is the arrogance of La Tech Fans
Why is this thread upped instead of in smack talk? This school isn't even in our conference. Neither UL or us have any room to talk after the ass whoopins we've received.

I attended USL in the early 1970's and the first thing that shocked me were the number of students attending from the New Orleans area and the North Shore. I don't know what the numbers would look like today, but I wouldn't be surprised if as many as 20-25% of our student body when I attended were from SE Louisiana, and especially New Orleans.
Most of our home games are played in the evening, many conflict with games of the 800 lb gorilla in the Red Shaft and I can easily understand a family not making the journey from New Orleans or surrounding areas to Lafayette to watch a game. Returning home late at night after the game, or staying over at a hotel is not an option for some families. Now, some most certainly do, but from a cost standpoint, it's a haul.
So while you guys put up your billboards about New Orleans being Bulldog Country, I'd say your support last night indicates otherwise. It was as much Red Wolves territory as yours.
Congrats on the well-played game.
You are correct.....UL draws very heavily from the Nola area. Ltu-r draws most definetly only from around the Ruston/Monroe metroplex.
I have the latest enrollement reports from the state proving thus, but don't think I have the acces to post attachments.
Btw, the reports for 2015 are not out yet, but based on an interview the enrollment office gave we had a dramatic up-tic in the Nola region this past fall.

That is a good question.
Another good question is who is UL, UL@M or UL@L? If you are designating one as UL, please explain why. They are both equal members of your conference.

Will you be suing him if he doesn't comply with your wishes? Better call Saul so he can add him to the 'list.' Lol
It's Christmas time. Why don't you let go of your hate for us? You're just a silly old lady.

And we are 3-0 against your teams this year. Hopefully your baseball and softball teams will fair better.
I think we'll be just fine in both.

Tell me where LTU-R is on either of these lists?
