I was hoping Texas St. would make a bowl this year also, especially after getting shafted 2 years in a row. The good news is going forward it does appear that Belt teams who get eligible will be bowling. We would have had a 5th teams bowling last night if USA had won. So at least there is that moving forward.

Rankings as listed are fine with me.

If GASOU isn't first then it's a failure year in my eyes. 2015 has been a failure because we have not grown from 2014 season. I feel Southern became complacent and accepted the fact of above avg mediocrity. That culture needs to change. I'm optimistic about 2016 because Southern has so many returning players at key positions that have this culture embedded in them. Maybe these players grow some ba*** and don't accept above avgerage. If they don't, I expect back ups and 2nd team players to push those players for more playing time. Southern isn't about one or two players, it's about team excellence. These coaches need to man up and lead these boys!

My words may sound harsh or extreme, but I accept more as an alum donor and college supporter. I expect excellence, not that embassement which was displayed at Morgantown WV. Getting shut out and taking a loss at home is not a loss in my eyes. It's absolute season failure!

Rankings look about right to me. Hopefully, the improvement we saw across the conference this season will continue and make the Sun Belt stronger next season. Now let's all win our bowl games!

Also congrats to all the teams in SBC who had a good season. This conference continues to grow and a 4th team in a bowl game is great news for revenue in SBC. Exciting times for SBC and glad my team is associated with it.

12th team and conference championship game just brings more excitement to conference. Watching the other conferences in DIV 1 have championship week is amazing excitement.

Let's win these bowl games and grab respect for SBC. 4-0 is a must to get our voices heard for bigger bowls in the future!
