Has to be a sell, because two of Wilmington's wins have come against Milligan and Coker, which I'm pretty sure are the central figures to the plot of "Fargo" this season.
Next three: at Georgetown, at East Carolina, at Radford"

That write up is so ridiculous. Yes, I understand we have played Milligan and Coker, but doesn't even mention HOW we win. Nothing on our defense that has the best turnover margin in the country or our suffocating press. Just proves all this bag of screws did was look at our schedule. Absolutely knows nothing about this team or the CAA.

I hear you. But until we beat a "name" team and/or get a lot more Ws, that will be the conventional wisdom.
I expected the both the CAA and UNCW to be better this year, but at the moment both are looking better than I expected. But as we know from past years, most of the basketball "experts" don't know very much outside of the power conferences even though they try to pretend that they do. So what they "know" about UNCW really lags the reality of things.
So, in the immortal words of Ric Flair, "To Be The Man, You Have To Beat The Man"

Well, we can't have it both ways.
We can't keep winning AND flying beneath the radar. Obviously, by virtue of articles like this, we are 'on the radar'...it's just that the author doesn't think UNCW belongs there. We are (he feels) a blip that will vanish.
If we win, we stay on the radar. To be the man, we have to beat the man! "The Nature Boy" is right!

The most annoying part about it is if we do beat Gtown, go on to a great season, perhaps make the tournament. That's when this a$$hat will be proclaiming, "saw it and called it".
When in fact, the only thing he did was dump on us.
