Doyle gets 26 on 9 shots. Almost impossible to be more efficient than that. Boothe maintained his game but frosh disappeared. Young team/ they'll have days like this.

Tough one to lose, but this was one I thought we might. Maybe it will be one of those losses that pays off later in the season. Had 2 games that were far too easy. Needed a tough game and we got it in the second half. Obviously, the freshmen need to contribute but I really think the difference between a winning record and not will be...Garber. He's no Boothe, but our play cannot afford to drop off significantly when Boothe's not on the floor. Still think this team can make some noise in the MAC West, but don't be surprised if we also have a few more games like this. Lots of youth that has to score and learn to play better D.

I put this loss on the coaching staff. Loyola was a different team in the second half and the Rockets never adjusted.

It seems like I remember hearing Loyola quite a bit over the years. Aren't they team that gets to the NCAA's quite often? Or do I not know Loyola from Shinola?
