Great wins today by some of our top tier teams. Hopefully towson can get one win in the Charleston tournament. Delaware down 12 at half on the road to iona. Hopefully they can rally

Wow. Hofstra takes down Florida State, CoC loses to Davidson by 1, and the Tribe in a close one with Dayton. CAA is going to be tough this year.

Tribe lose to Dayton by 3. Two missed rebounds on missed FT's by Dayton killed them at the end.

Tribe also missed too many free throws.

W&M was fatigued from what it sounded like, which partly explains the missed FTs. Even if their opponent wasn't a strong one on Thursday night, playing a Saturday afternoon game afterwards in a very tough road environment is never easy. They're going to be hard to handle in CAA play.

These close losses to good teams don't help the CAA. It means we'll be tough as a conference, but may not get the RPI recognition we deserve.

Still some good OOC games left before conference play, but we need to notch a few more upsets.

UNCW needs to hold court against WMU tonight.

Hofstra over USC would be HUGE following the win over FSU.
Northeastern at University of Miami needed
Delaware gets a shot at Temple
CoC at LSU
UNCW at G'town

There are some winnable games there that could put the CAA in a good position RPI wise before conference play. I also think the CAA could use some separation at the top to get 2 or more bids this year, although it looks like that may not happen.

Elon even notched a win over Charlotte. Right now, it seems like everyone will be a difficult out. Looks like we may be getting over the loss of our past CAA conference members. Exciting year ahead!
