i dont know if he sticks but herman is preparing like he plans to stick around, he is offering 2017 and hosting numerous 2018 recruits

Good get. I would imagine that the biggest reason is playing time might have been scarce at TCU. He might be an immediate impact at Houston as a Freshman.

Obviously, I don't know the personality difference between Herman and Patterson. I think if he was in love with Patterson, he'd have stuck around and just worked his butt off. So you're probably right.
