So if Coastal beat Gardner-Webb worse than South did, does this mean Coastal could be competitive in the SBC now?

Yes you guys will be competitive. You will also need patience because the transition is strictly about depth.

If Coastal couldn't add value to the SBC right now we would not have been added. I don't want to compare apples to oranges but I think we could do well. Our win over GW has no correlation to how USA played against them in week 1. How we stack up against USA or any other Sun Belt team will have to wait. Coastal has a winning mentality and we will make whatever adjustments needed to be a top performer.

I think you guys will be competitive pretty quick. App and GS have paved the way for you guys.
