They are permitted to practice on the transfer cooling period, but I'm not sure if they have.

One this is for sure, Tshumbi Johnson and Kahlil Lewis looked pretty good against UCF's starting DBs today.

Peterson and Kamara participated in the Summer camp and are on the practice squad this season.
