Week 9 CFB Thread
What games are there to watch? Seriously... terrible line up of games this week. Only 2 MAC games on this Saturday as well.

You can watch Syracuse vs FSU as former Broncos quarterback Tim Lester is the Orange's OC.

I'm interested in seeing the ND/Temple matchup. If Temple pulls the win it creates some interesting BCS conversation. Should be a good game.

This week is a beauty. Toledo vs NIU on ESPN 2 on Election Day. Next day BGSU-Ohio, also on ESPN2. Then our game at Waldo on Thursday.

If we don't win the West, I really hope it's Toledo. I've grown tired of NIU's dominance and obviously wouldn't want CMU sneaking in.

10-3 Testicle Tech at halftime over UMass.

CMU and Akron tied at 7 in the second quarter. EDIT: 7-6... Akron crapped the bed on the PAT.

On a side note, I've rarely seen a program rise and crash so swiftly as UCF.

CMU-Akron is a low-scoring affair. Still 7-6 with a minute left in the first half. Something's gotta give in the second half.

Edit: 7-6 at the half.

Next best thing would be toledo winning out and getting to the access bowl, although it'd be tough for them to beat out memphis for that spot

Finally a team that gets how to defense CMU.

Akron just bringing 4 and dropping 8. If Akron had an ounce of offense they could be running away with this.

Well, who can't defense CMU if you put 12 on the field?

Akron has the worst offense I've seen this year. 14-6 is like 35-6.

Chimp run game is easily the worst in the league.

If not for a cupcake crossover schedule they wouldn't be in the conversation.

Watching UMass and Akron makes me appreciate the Bronco offense even more. Hey, wasn't Bowden supposed to have a couple stellar recruiting classes in the past few years. D is ok but not seeing much "zip" on offense.

Bowden brought in a bunch of transfers; most of the good ones are playing on defense, and it shows. I think he was hoping for a quick turnaround and a better job offer. Good luck with that! 03-lmfao

Bowden hasn't cashed in on his name in terms of recruiting. If nothing else those facilities and location in relation to available talent should be a huge selling tool.

Awful game to watch. Two teams with major holes. Akron, no offense, CMU zero run game.

If Cambell leaned anything watching the Akron D then Toledo should win by a comfortabe margin.

Notre Dame would be walking away if it wasn't for two redzone INT's.
