I don't know one Western fan that had this game marked as a win before the season. Still don't know one that has it marked that way.

I think most if not all Western fans would be out of our minds with a win and OK with a "moral victory" of keeping it close or just respectable and no injuries.

Is there a part of me that's expecting a win? sure it is if a fan doesn't have that in every game you don't care one way or the other. Win or lose most of my goals are still in play...

WKU has fans bragging about not running up the score and saying WKU could have score 70+ 4 games this year. From our 2012 team, Tech fans know that against a strong team that will slow the game down, its going to be different. And you really have to have a strong defense with depth to make the one dimensional spread work effectively

Now it might be because Western is the front runner but the few Tech fans that do this week after week are not concerned with that "front runner" ..nope one thing is on their mind.

So you are calling me out about saying we could've scored 70. Well, we probably could have. I'm not dilusional enough to think we will go down to Tiger Town and do the same thing. I do think we will move the ball against them, though. I also know what our defense is capable of doing, which is letting LSU run all over us. Not 1 WKU fan has said anything differently, if I recall. All I know is we've beat down 2 bad teams and 2 mediocre teams in a row. All I was saying.

A difference between talking about teams and La. Tech fans with the constant lectures like you guys have studied and know exactly what we do every game on offense...Irks me to read the perctages on our offense, seriously how would you know? Only team I watch every second of is WKU...Apparently we have a bunch of posters on here who need to be consultants to WKU with their vast knowledge of WKU football....In reality you guys are not watching one second of WKU maybe besides a half here or there or a few mintues....Most of the LA. tech fans on here come across as lecturing and tell us "what we cannot do"...If I was a La. Tech fan right now I would be more concerned with Miss. St. tomorrow than wasting your time on a game in over 7 days that has nothing to do with La. Tech or CUSA title race....THat is the difference between conf. talk and La. Tech fans scolding us for not handling talk about our team...
