It sure does seem like the winner of GS and App will go undefeated in the Belt. Those two look like the clear class of the conference at this point.

10-0 so far with 15-1 or 16-0 likely. Is that a FBS record for a start in a new conference?

We already hold the record. 8-0 had never been done. Each week the record gets bigger.

Florida State didn't lose an ACC game until their fourth season in the league.

So even though HUD has slept walk through another OOC, and the Cajuns are not as good as last year, I am still confident that our OL run blocking will get us through another successful SBC run.

If only he could get Dion Ray ready to be QB now, and not later.

I hope the Cajuns do rebound but I think you might have problems with App & USA as well.

App will be tough - not quite sold on USA yet.

We don't won't you to be.02-13-banana

I wasn't sold on USA to begin the season but based on what I can see so far they are solidly in 3rd of the top 3 teams in the league this season.

We can definitely be 'that guy' at times. We come in, talk smack, and just generally wreck s*it.While that earns us some begrudging respect, that won't stop us from continuing to talk and demand that our accomplishments be in the spotlight 24/7

But I think that's ok. All of that behavior - even if it gets on everyone else's nerves - only sets us up for a bigger fall and even more piling on from the masses when the Eagles finally drop games to conference rivals.

And no sooner will the built-up vitriol aimed at GS wind down than the Eagles will start another winning streak and the entire cycle starts anew.

Such is life.

Oh it will get very entertaining here when GS does finally drop a conference game. Especially if that loss is to any opponent not named Appalachian State.

As long as you realize that there will probably not be many, if any credible site that agrees with you, and this A-State team is still missing some key players.

If they can ever get healthy the small 'gap' that exist between them, and AppSt, and GaSo goes the other way in a hurry. They are far and away the most talented team in the SBC.

Oh wow, sorry to hear that - I've had a few friends in the same situation here with the price of a barrel of oil being where it is.

Its going to get a lot worse everywhere....some folks in the business are expecting almost another 100,000 jobs lost on top of whats occurred already. Of course that number is a nationwide number....

Houston's lost a lot of O&G jobs lately which affects the construction and other industries. Luckily my company is diversified enough that we can get lots of work from other clients when gas is low.

I refuse to believe you're a real person rather than a bot that's programmed to come in and say, "Arkansas State is by far the most talented team in the league" every few weeks.

Where do you think Mel Kiper, Jr. goes to get the inside scoop on talent?
