21-0 at half in 40 degree weather with rain. What would you do?

I'll add that Waldo would have MAYBE 8K in the stands for a game w/ those conditions and that is being generous.

Complete apples and oranges buddy. They are #2 in the country. We are not! Nowhere else in the the country would a Top 10 team see 60% of their fans leave by half!

I have many friends who go to every game, they said today, with the wind driving the rain, it was an excercise in misery. I'd have left too.

Let's see what Coach Dantonio and Coach Izzo have to say. Bet their not happy and let it be known. As for me, I'm preparing for the weather and not leaving. It's not like MSU is #2 every year.

Who cares what they have to say? If I wanted to leave, I'd push right by them if they were in my way. WTF?

Nacho is right, our fans don't show at all when the weather is bad, and they sure don't stay. Plus, this #2 rating is looking really shaky right now.

CMU has a good crowd in similar weather for their HC, but nowhere near a normal homecoming crowd.

MSU fans did show up, announced attendance was 73K+ They left at halftime when it was 21-0. WMU fans wouldn't show up in this weather.

I'm sure Coach D will see it just like you do. You telling me they can't forecast the weather in East Lansing. Torrential rains and low temps forecasted for Clemson, South Carolina tonight. I'm sure the fans will stay home for that one too. Hey, I like MSU a bunch. Hope they win the Big Ten! Just think the team deserves better.

Clemson, South Carolina temperature is mid 60's compared to Michigan mid 40 weather today

Texted a bid who was at the game. Said he was soaked to the sack, thought he had pneumonia. I told him some clown was carrying on about how coach D might have stern words for him.

He said, DGAF.

Michigan wouldn't have had that issue today. They are Michigan fergodsakes!

Look at that result! Why who would've thought that. I highly doubt Dantonio is passing along what he really thinks. All those years building that program to where it is now and thousands of people can't figure out how to stay dry in the rain and dress warm enough. C'mon! Prepare people. They do make clothes to deal with the elements!
