Exactly my point. Except in our case, we sucked so bad, they just made fun of us. Hating us is a lot better.

The truth is, we have 3 very good backs. Tice is an very good back and dont give DeEarnest a hole or he will run for a mile. RB is a position we are rather strong on.... QB we need some serious help.

On that note, Asiantti Woulard, the UCLA transfer was approved to get his transfer year back so we will have him for the next three seasons. He will be the first True QB that weve had in about 4 years.

Don't be surprised if this is a very competitive game. If we can be tied with Florida State at half we can certainly compete with Memphis.

I'm not gonna be one bit surprised. We are 2 plays away from being 2-2. If USF can stop our offense them we have problems because we can't stop anyone. If I was usf I would stack the box and safety blitz

Seriously though, I could see USF winning this game.

im going to be interested in seeing the Memphis defense against a more conventional offense. BGSU and Cincy are way above the curve offensively. this isn't going to be easy at all and I hope I'm wrong.

Are you SURE about that? I'm not. And I don't say that from a "Memphis is the greatest thing since sliced bread" perspective, but from a position that doubts the all-mighty pedestal that FSU and the rest of the P-5 is put on by the main-stream sports media. I think the AAC and the ACC don't have a dime's worth of difference between the two.

Pretty sure they have more talent. You may have the better "team". In other words, FSU has not yet put that talent to work as a team yet and become cohesive yet. I'd give Memphis a decent shot at beating FSU at home. FSU would probably win by 10 points at home against Memphis. Just my opinion. I could be wrong.

They are better that USF offensively for sure. But I think our defense is perfectly designed for holding Memphis "down". And by down I mean to around 28-35 points. I'm not sure we can score that much, but our clock grinders are perfect for keeping memphis' offense off field. One other point, Taggart is a very desperate man right now, and USF has had a week off. Don't underestimate that. Will it be enough, I am not sure, but I expect a very competitive game.
