That's my question as well. What if the voters decide to confiscate all monies from individuals above $1 million to "refill the government coffers" - you okay with that. I mean "if the voters decide"?

Where do individual rights trump the "voters rights".

I think I know where you stand - more to the individuals rights.

One that are specifically enumerated are not subject to a vote. The right to die, or end one's life, is not one of those.

This is a subject where the folks who love the constitution and say it is sacred want to read in another right, like the left read in abortion. It's the same thing. It's "I think it is a question of freedom so it must be in there somewhere." It isn't.
