Honestly I hope you get hammered not because I do not like Liberty just hoping WVU is really good and we were not that bad. I wish we were playing them this week and had a FCS to open with and they only had a week to prepare.

The concerns about CCU's attendance is valid. I am still wondering where the fans are going to come from.

Why does it matter if CCU can get high attendance numbers? If they need too they will just buy the required tickets to meet the numbers.

Liberty has also had a team for 43 years.

Yea. We weren't that good last year.

It ended up quite well for you tbh, you had a first round bye then beat up on Richmond, then ended up losing. I'll say it again this year, your schedule is soft and you don't play anyone and so you deserve whatever the pollsters give you. But when you step between them white lines and somebody punches you in the mouth, you WILT because you haven't been tested.

Even though we beat the absolute hell out of a Richmond team that you guys had to go to overtime to barely squeak by in the same season? Even though both times we were knocked out of the playoffs by the team with the nation's longest winning streak who went on to win the national championship? Even though last year that game against the eventual national champion went down to the very last possession at THEIR stadium?

We don't play FBS because we don't need the money and they don't have any real benefit other than increasing your SOS. We'd rather play FCS schools ... nothing wrong with it - even if it gives SOS worshipers like you a reason to knock our schedule.

Get ready, because here come some more of those little facts you hate!!!!

Look at the schedule you just posted. Coastal wasnt going to small, average caliber, G5 schools for most of those games trying to pick up wins to say, "hey, we got an FBS win!!" Besides the Toledo and Kent State games, those are huge, P5 schools, that would absolutely beat the dog crap out of Liberty worse than Michael Vick.

The two G5 games on that schedule were respectable showings. Heck, I was at that Toledo game, and we were beating them in the second half, and ended up losing by only 10.

Liberty schedules the Ball States of the world, and beats their chest about their FBS win, and then points to a Coastal loss to an SEC or Clemson opponent that ranks in the FBS top 25 and draws the conclusion that, "hey!!! They can't play FBS, but we can!!!"

...well you played Ball State and we played Georgia, South Carolina, Clemson, and Penn State (before the paterno thing wrecked their program).

Facts are really hard for you guys aren't they?

Hell I was even rooting for you guys to beat NDSU. Didn't happen, but at least you were there. But lets get something straight im a LU fan because my kid plays there only so its what I will do for his time. Hell we kicked your butts the last two years but ended up having to split both on FG's. So don't act like your some super giant. At the end of the day NEITHER team won it all so that's all the really matters. And since you want to talk about history, you know what they say you are only as good as your last game and in your last game against LU, you took an L, in your HOUSE.
