Actually, could be better timing. Next Year. Cook will be gone at QB for MSU, which will be big. Bigger than them getting a new RB with their lines so good. Plus, we'll be better next year. So TECHNICALLY, it could "come at a better time", but I'm not complaining. This is in the range of a Good Time to Come.

It's a stance to make a WMU ticket a scarce, desirable commodity. Plus cut down on the congestion and risk of a non-compliance issue.

Could she act like she's been there before. It's just like the ND game where we were slobbering over the opportunity to play them. Does Andy Murray gush over the chance of playing ND, um, or MSU?

Not that I agree with the recommendation, but in KB's defense she has to look at possible liability too. If something terrible happened and they don't follow the recommendation it significantly increases potential liability to the point that athletic department finances would be in serious jeopardy (and any insurance company would just walk away).

Small time attitude. Some things never change.

Moe, organizations have got to stop worrying about litigation at every turn. Any sporting event is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The only reason we have the number of lawyers that we do is they troll around for resolvable issues and then insert themselves as "the only" solution.

They could have made tens of thousands more. Everything is about risk reward. This was easily worth the risk

Yeah, I understand, but limiting both grass sections to a limited amount, to not make it so green -- I don't see how that would be a potential hazard. It makes me scratch my head if limited tickets were sold for the grass areas, and sold out, making people notably more far apart from each other than in the stands, that it'd be some crowd hazard.

It makes me think KB sold herself on the notion not to really do it anyway, to ensure it'd be a "sell out crowd" for such a big event, and riding on the "Filling Up the Whole Grass Area" notion of being a potential hazard, thus nixing the whole grass area.

Again, that's just a thought. I don't see how we'd go from tons o people on the grass packed in previous game --> NONE.
