Hadn't considered that, but you're probably right. Regardless, Tech looks like a good fit for him so you guys got a good one!

Tech's new facility upgrades didn't hurt, either.

"The new facilities are really going to help the team a lot and the football program. It makes the place look totally different. And the inside of it and the locker room, the new weight room, all that pitches in to making the team better."

Baker said he has visited Auburn, LSU and Texas A&M, and he noted how Tech now has comparable facilities to all three.
