Brocoach sporting the WMU/MSU game shirt here. I personally was never a fan of buying a shirt for one regular season game but to each their own. Brocoach looking extra brocoach here! I love it!

RE: F.A.M.I.L.Y.
If anyone here can honestly say they've experienced this much hype locally and even nationally regarding our program please stand up...

I have been on board with our "bro coach" since the hire... because of nothing more than the fact that the program just needed a change. Cubit was even getting bored I am sure... We all can relate to being in the same job for that few years too long... Loved the idea of bringing in some guy who had nothing but PURE ENERGY and ENTHUSIASM... He's done nothing but inject that into the program AND the community... The great thing about Fleck... is that he surrounds himself with "elite" personnel... The fact that he talks frequently with Bill Self (after meeting him at a coaches event)... is just another sign that this guy is the real deal... He even admits he's not the smartest guy around... but he's the hardest working guy with nothing to lose...

I am excited that our Bronco program is where he's getting started... I am sure that BGSU really had no idea what they had with Urban Meyer back in the day... because he left so quick... I hope we get a few more seasons with the Admiral and he takes us to at the very least a MAC championship and a couple bowl wins...

At this point I am more excited about the fact that he's really bringing the community on board... bringing some national attention and keeping the program pointed in the right direction... I hope we get the wins... but if you believe in the "process" than you just realize the wins will come... as he says... "they don't focus on the result but rather the process, and with regard to results they prepare for the reaction to results not the result itself... " This guy gets it...

For the record: I do not dislike PJ. I want the team and thus him to be successful. My comments on the video had nothing to do with Cubit. Just calling the video it like I see it. I think it is too focused on the coach and not enough on the players and WMU. The production was superb.

When it gets right down to it, the video said come play football for Fleck and had little to no content on why a player should want to come to WMU (other than Fleck). I have a problem with that as Fleck has an expiration date.

I would have felt better had they at least thrown in the fight song.

Recruits don't give a rip about our fight song. They do care about the coach.

Our goal is to make sure the fight song and alma mater mean something to them when they walk out of WMU with a degree.

You are not by any chance Dr. Charles Davis, from the WMU electrical engineering program?

No, he is not Philly.

Dr. Charles Davis was one of my Profs when I was at Western, apparently this is not him.
