Docksiders were big around 1965 or 66.

I do remember the Flyers though, and a fresh set od sneakers in the spring did give a little bounce in your step.

Don't forget Keds.

And of course everybody wore Chuck Taylor Converse All-Stars for hoops - which were basically just a piece of rubber laced to your foot and ankle (high tops).

WMU hoops in mid 70's wore Pro Keds.
