Was UC Big East any of the times we beat them at home? Same with UCF?

A sometimes better guage of who you shedule can mean # of top 25 teams that play in your stadium. Outside of conference of course because teams cant control that.

I notice you had higher attendance than usual for Boise, Mizzou, and Arizona (which wasn't ranked at the time I don't think). Not sure about Pitt.

It does help. Our problem was mostly having a FCS team as the only home OOC game at least every other year - and that the FCS team was not from Illinois. We did okay playing in-state FCS schools. Not so much with Presbyterian and Cal Poly.

Pitt was #9 and had 31k i think.

Pitt was the last game of the stands in the north endzone. Since then the Fire Marshall wont let as many in.
