Greenspan?

Either him or Chris Del Conte (now TCU's AD--talk about the golden touch!)

If it was Greenspan, then that would be by far his greatest achievement when he was AD at Rice.

Glad we have Dr, Joe Karlgaard now. We needed him years ago.

We were around .500 until Watson burned the place down on his way out. Follow him with Cubby Bryant's drinkin' buddy and the 'stache, and this is what you get.

We finally start inching toward respectability and whammo, kill football.

Bastards.

Looks like, based on that, the Herd has played more games than anyone else in CUSA. Substantially more in many cases.

UAB was not listed by the OP.

No, that would be USM that has played the most CUSA games.

I predict UAB will go undefeated the next two seasons, but it won't help our winning %. You do the math.

I said most games. Most games. Like since starting football. It makes sense since we've been around longer that than other schools in CUSA

Interesting that Rice and LaTech are tied in total points, also.

Even more interesting is that we usually blow each other out. It's never really a close game.

2002: 37-20, Rice
2003: 49-14, Rice
2004: 51-14, Tech
2012: 56-37, Tech
2013: 52-14, Rice
2014: 76-31, Tech

2004 was a 62 point swing from the 2003 game.
2013 was a 57 point swing from the 2012 game.
2014 was a 83 point swing from the 2013 game.

Tiebreaker 10-30-15

Yep. Then we'll break the tie with Marshall on 12-05-15.

In Ruston.
You guys left out the other two meetings between us:
2001: 41-38 Tech (OT)
1965: 14-0 Rice

So- the ONLY game in the entire series that was decided by less than a 2TD margin was actually two blowouts in one:
2001 1h: 31-3 Tech
2001 2h: 35-7 Rice

I knew that their was at least one thing that I really loved about old Raggedy Red03-lmfao Thank you, Western!

Checked it out using MT vs Alabama. Says the series stands at 0-1, it's actually 0-2, Raiders played them in 2002 (39-34 loss) and 2005 (26-7 loss).

He said it was more graphical. He didn't say it was accurate.
