Talked UCF, Cincy, BYU, and Memphis.

I personally think they want to go east which would be up the alley for ucf, usf, ecu, and uconn.

I just don't understand why they would propose to create a second island while trying to alleviate the issues that arose from the first one. BYU is a good School but, they will soon be screaming for a travel companion of their own. While USF solves the travel companion issues for UCF. Oh well, I'm not in charge anyway. 05-mafia

Having a ucf/usf combo in Florida makes a lot of sense to me. The Big 12 would own the center of Florida which would be very appealing to tv networks.

That and our hate/rivalry would go national. 04-cheers

And yes, the I-4 corridor is rich in D-1 Studs.

It's not going to look much different from where you are now as 6 to 8 teams will be leaving

yup

I'm guessing the B12 teams that remain after all said and done will be Iowa State and Kstate.

KU will be in the B1G
Texoma 4 Pac
WVA SEC/ACC
Baylor/TCU: Not sure...SEC? B1G? Pac?

The new B12 will be the best of the AAC, some MWC and KSTATE/ISU

10 million AAC exit fee to a revise no longer -$0.12 so called big1/2 power conference. Not so wise.

I dont know why people put Kansas into the Big 10. Last time around Kansas was about to be stuck joining the Big East and then later on when the Big 10 did decide to expand they chose Rutgers and Maryland. If the Big 10 wanted Kansas they would have taken them already.

WVU has had a chance to go to the ACC and were denied multiple times. Maybe the SEC but I am not certain that they really bring all that much to the table.

Baylor and TCU are probably screwed. Pac 12 is a no. Big 10 is a no. ACC doesnt make sense and the SEC already has the markets that those two would add.

In the end, I think at least 4 and maybe 6 of the Big 12 teams are left to rebuild. Their first calls will be to teams like Cinci, Memphis, Houston, Uconn, USF and UCF... and I wouldnt doubt BYU and Boise round it out at 14.

I wish you were right but I only see Kstate and Iowa State left.

WVA may be left at first, but they will be gone when an ACC/SEC spot opens.

If 6 teams from the AAC leave, I seriously doubt there is any conference left.... and no exit fees.

The whole Kansas debate blows my mind. All these posters say that Kansas brings a lot to the table - that they will definitely find a resting place in a P5 conference if the Big 12 implodes. What is the biggest factor that people site....? Their basketball! Yet UCONN's basketball is not enough to get them into the club. Kansas has a smaller population (which they share with Kansas State), they are not in a recruiting hotbed, and their football program is currently a dumpster fire. The only thing they have going for them over UCONN is AAU membership. Yet they apparently are light years ahead in terms of finding a landing spot....

Bunch of hypocrites with agendas....

Rant over.
