Who says he went to the police? Just as likely a parent or jealous friend did.

Funny how a great in-shape but older guy in a porn movie banging a barely-18 gal, although it may not be one's cup of tea, is still in the mainstream boat and not hissed at. A 15 year old guy on a high school football team -- who would be more physically dominating -- the barely-18 gal or the 15 year old guy? Would that be creepy? No.

IMO, it'd be a 15 yard penalty. She wasn't a teacher having authoritative control, and she wasn't a woman with physical control (unlike when you reverse the genders 99.99% of the time). And she's Hot. Come on. I would have paid money (so to speak) at 15 for that. Just saying. Not healthy or good for her as an adult to carry that out and you have to draw the line somewhere (18) -- but just saying it's Not nor should be treated as in the same boat as if having administrative/authoritative control and/or physical control over a Male who's not a child, but is under-age about sex. She's a MILF. Just sayin'.

No, I agree it is illegal. I guess the bottom line (no pun intended) to me was why it would be So Harsh of a penalty.
