Sice 1985:
Men: 19 Outdoor Titles, 18 Indoor Titles, 11 Cross Country Titles - 9 All Americans
Women: 18 Outdoor Titles, 17 Indoor Titles, 10 Cross Country Titles - 19 All Americans - 1 Olympic medal winner - 1 Pan American Games Medal Winner

One NCAA individual champion...Mary Jane Harrelson.

She won the 10,000 meters National Title twice.

And despite out basketball history, we have an NBA head coach as Alvin Gentry, App grad, was hired by the Pelicans today.

We also had a 3rd (184 lbs) and 4th (165 lbs) place finishers in the 2012 NCAA Wrestling Championships. Right now we've got a Heavyweight whose going to be an All-American (top nine) before he graduates in two years.

1500 meters actually

UL is historically a track school. Not so much the last decade, though we are moving in the right direction again. I would have to check the records, but the Cajuns have had more All Americans in track than in all other sports combined, may 70-80 total; including at least 3 Olympians and 1 American record holder in Hollis Conway. UL is also the only school to ever sweep both relays on the men's side in the Drake Relays.

1500 meters, not 10k. Still as badass regardless. 04-bow
