Cajuns did what they had to do. Owls didn't. See what happens tomorrow. Give it all you've got, Owls!

Man, what's happened to Rice at the end of the season? They were two-and-out in the C-USA tournament and now lost their first game in the NCAA Tournament. What's gotta really be frustrating is that they've all been by one run, 6-5, 6-5, and now 7-6.

That's baseball...and she can be a cruel mistress.

RE: Baseball regionals Day 1 action
Still lots of baseball to be played but several #1 seeds are in danger of losing:

Houston trails Houston Baptist 4-1 in 3rd
Dallas Baptist trails VCU 6-2 in 5th
Florida St tied with Mercer in bottom 9

**edit**. Houston now up 5-4 in 3rd

Florida St and Oklahoma St both win in walk offs....

And Ole Miss goes down. This takes a little off the sting for the 0-3 day for CUSA

Let's just say the Rebs are not my favorite team. Helps the sting of the Owls' loss a bit today.

Wayne Graham is now competing with his Legacy from a decade past, and that's a tall order for anyone.
