At 10 AM today, Elon faces Delaware in an elimination game.

At 5 PM, following the UNCW-Charleston game, the Delaware/Elon winner faces Northeastern in an elimination game.

The final elimination game day/time is TBD with Delaware/Elon/NU facing off against the UNCW/Charleston loser. If Delaware/Elon end up beating Northeastern, the game will be tomorrow. If Northeastern wins, it will take place immediately tonight in the final game of Day 3.

Don't think anyone's gonna play 3 today. That's why they haven't officially announced game 9.

Ah makes sense. Good thing the weather is nice today and tomorrow, with 0 % chance of rain either day.

So if Northeastern ends up beating Delaware/Elon, the game will be tonight. If Northeastern gets eliminated, Delaware/Elon will face the Charleston/UNCW loser to start the day tomorrow.

No score between Elon and Delaware in the 3rd.

4-0 Hens in the 6th. If they hold on this will be the first time in the tournament that a higher seed has lost in a matchup. However, given UD's bullpen woes (they blew a 4-run lead in the ninth against Elon on Wednesday), this game is far from over.

Delaware wins 4-1 and will face Northeastern tonight in another elimination game, following the UNCW-Charleston game.

Delaware up 7-2 on NU in the 6th. Very good news. If UD wins, that pushes their game with Charleston to tomorrow. Meaning the challenger to us would have to win 3 straight games tomorrow.

Not exactly. Only two games tomorrow. If we lose tomorrow we play another game on Sunday. Can't play 3 games in one day. NCAA rules.

Ah gotcha. So if Delaware wins this game, there will be 2 games tomorrow, and the final championship game (if necessary) is on Sunday?
