Agree there - winning is the primary driver at Memphis because of our track record --- unless we win the uninvested won't come. It'll take some sustained seasons of winning to convert those IMO. I mean 'Bama fans would come to watch Alabama play a horsefly - but they'd rather not. Say this without discounting the importance of schedule at Memphis -- it just comes in second.

Alabama wasn't that way 6-7 years ago. Winning is a great binding agent.
