Not disagreeing with the results, but I see that the whole "Don't vote for your own school" was ignored. Also, one poster had time to vote for everyone.

Yeah, seems like half the voters didn't follow the rules. That said, I think the 3 leading vote-getters are likely the 3 loudest. To decide between those 3, you would need folks to weigh in that have been to games at all 3 stadiums. Anyone in that category?
It would be really fun if the AAC would bring a decibel meter to all the stadiums and make it into a contest. Maybe someone should pitch that idea.

haven't made it to Nippert yet, but it's on the to-do list.
Dowdy has its up and downs as every stadium does. I feel like they could do a better job with music and the announcers to keep the fans in it against so-so competition and when ECU is up big. Students are gonna leave and its going to be noticeable when there are 10k of them disappearing to go downtown and get drunk. I think part of that problem is that it is so easy for students to get tickets and if the game is out of hand it's just time to go get drunk(er).
Brighthouse was a disappointment the only time I've been, which is weird to me seeing as how it was a tight game but UCF was up the whole time and eventually won. Announced crowd was around 40k, but I doubt it was over 32k. Still plenty loud, but not cheering loud, just banging on aluminum loud. It's not as annoying in person as it is on tv. Young fanbase = up and down atmosphere I guess. I didn't see many older fans that typically hang around the whole game. Seemed to be twice as many people on the mall area before the game than actually attended. Still a nice atmosphere though.
Only other conference stadium I've been to is the Liberty Bowl, but not for a Memphis game. Pretty loud when full, especially on a freezing winter night.

Having only been to ECU and USF on this list (aside from UCF obviously). I'd have to say that ECU is probably the loudest on this list. That said when UCF played at ECU in 2009 (the yr I went to Dowdy–Ficklen) ECU seemed to run away with it, so it didn't seem THAT loud. Can't remember if that was before or after they closed in the endzone however. USF i've been to twice, neither time was loud (most recent was this past season when UCF crowd basically outnumbered the USF crowd). Outside of the conference however, the loudest place i've ever been was The Swamp back in '06 vs UCF.

That's just the mic on a cellphone,
