MAC players in the draft
Haven't been following the draft closely but just took a peek. Green Bay took Miami CB Rollins in the second, at #62.

Will be interesting to see who else goes. This year, the league didn't have a Fisher or Mack high profile guy.

Ironically only MAC player taken in first three rounds was primarily a Basketball player in college.

I've got my fingers crossed for Mario. What a great kid he was and the players all loved him. He was in the Zoo for the spring game and looked fit enough to dress up. Go Mario.

Great photo. I can just see myself row 1 on the VA Tech side in a sea of orange and maroon. That was a fun game that could of been great if we didn't start so poor.

Mario did not make it out of rookie camp with the Giants. I hope that he gets another look somewhere else, or perhaps decides to give Canada a shot. Justin Currie is still on the roster and will be in training camp this fall.
